whom do i contact if questions while setting up new printer?

i am setting up printer and i'm missing parts and i'm having trouble priming my dampers due to the print head not releasing so i can get to them. who do i contact for help with this process?

Answer 1

Depends on the printer model but usually when you just power on the printer and you see the Printhead starts moving, is out of it's place (not at the top of the capping station) cut the power Off from the back.

Now, you should be able to move the printhead to access the dampers to prime them.
