This is the most common issue that the customer has to face  and troubleshoot to get it resolved but before we move on to the solution, one must answer these questions below as are the common reason causing  Clogging issues:-

1- Was the printing running when it started missing colors or Was the printer left unused for a while?

2-  Did not print when you started using it if it's a New printer?

3- Are you refilling the ink tanks regularly before they are completely out of inks?

4- Was the maintenance done on a regular basis?

TROUBLESHOOTING :

a) shake the ink bottles more of in a see-saw motion.

b) Run a head cleaning and then Run a Power Cleaning  (located in the same section as the Head cleaning under printer preferences.)

c) print a nozzle check pattern on film after the power cleaning

d) If  still no ink - set the date of the computer back by 1 day

e) Run another power cleaning and then another nozzle check

f) If Still NO ink then you need to check the Actual ink in the Dampers - If there is no ink or if you see any air bubbles in  the dampers then you need to prime the dampers  and then again a head cleaning and then a nozzle check pattern.

If ink is back then start printing normally, If still no ink then the ink is clogged and would need to remove the print-head and try and flush the chambers -there are video instructions available for that.

Also would need to flush the head with specialty cleaner and after then let it dry (for 24 hours) then would need to re-install and re-prime the ink to the heads.

In some cases, there are wrong settings applied in the Rip Software that the customer is using so need to be sure the settings are right and with all the steps above, the ink should start printing again as normal.

Please Note- Maintenance is the only Key when it comes to printing with any inkjet based printers whether it be a DTF,DTG or UV printer.
