We would suggest Inks/Powder/Films should be from same supplier for best results as they are well tested with each other by the seller. We recommend using a Heating Element in order to cure the powder onto your image.

Use a Heating Element in order to cure the powder onto your image, 120C for 60 seconds. Apply the film on top of it after the Heating Element has reached the temperature required, not before.

  • Apply powder right after the film comes out of the printer.
  • Ensure that all excess powder is removed from the film.
  • Cold peel (wait 60 seconds)

Some precautions below:

  • Wear protective masks and operate in a well ventilated room with a filtration / extraction system
  • Powder should be well melted and also should not be over heated after applied.
  • Make sure to remove the excess powder from the film
  • Be sure the powder is evenly applied to the film.

Please note: These are general instructions we are giving but still you will have to experiment with the settings to get the right one and then follow the same moving forward.
