Varnish helps in UVDTF Printing by:
- Enhancing the durability and resistance of the printed design against scratches, water, chemicals and UV rays.
- Improving the adhesion (on certain substrates such as Aluminum) and transferability of the printed design from the A film to the B film and then to the substrate.
- Adding a glossy or matte finish to the printed design for a more attractive and professional look
Procedure:
- Print to A film (print with UV ink, and add a layer of varnish print for best results)
- Laminate A film to B film
- Peel and apply
