I checked the film feed, checked connections, reset the printer, ink is good, I don’t see anything visibly wrong. When I press the red button to turn on, the capping station section does not move to unlock the head. It makes a quick sound but nothing happens. Last night the software froze and could not connect. Now when I click on it, there is no data. It is like it was just installed and I need to start all over. Please help.
