- Press and hold the “out” button for 5 seconds, AND again press the “out " button multiple times Until CF appears on the display.

- Press button up button once then finally press the “out" button to save the settings.  

- The “F” indicator should light up.

After entering Fahrenheit, you also need to adjust the maximum temperature in the Fahrenheit state.

- Press and hold the “out” button for 5 seconds, then press the “out” button again multiple times Until “SVH” appears on the display.

- then adjust the value of the SVH interface to 255-260 by pressing up or down key.

- Finally, press “out” to save.

- Power off the oven and then turn on again after a few seconds. After restarting the oven, press the “out” button and adjust the temperature that you would like to use between 255-260 degrees Fahrenheit using up or down key and save using “out" button. 

-  After you have saved you will see the temperature will automatically start from a lower value and will go up to the value you have saved as per your preference.

It is recommended to keep the settings on Celsius. If you set the machine to Fahrenheit, the light will be on next to the °F symbol, as such:

Be careful not to confuse Celsius with Fahrenheit.
