If you are facing any issues with your DTF Printer not Grabbing /Feeding the DTF Film properly, I would suggest please check the following as it would surely help you resolve the issue.
1- Make sure you do NOT feed the film in a traditional way (which is upright position) but have it slant/bulge a bit up-close to the White hooks of the printer which pulls the sheets through it after you give a print command. Here is a very good video on the same.

2- For Sheets, you must always use 4-5 sheets of film at the same time in the feeding tray. Using a single sheet can cause issues.
3- Please make sure to place the printable side up. You can check on the packaging to see which side is printable.
4- If required, you can also try applying a masking tape at the bottom edges of the non-printable side, where the transfer film is initially making contact with the rollers in order to be fed into the printer.
5- Always check if the Paper Rollers of the printer are clean as the film has a special powder coating on it and it makes the rollers ''slippery'' when the printer is used on a regular basis.
6- In Printing Preferences, make sure to select the exact document Size you are using and always change it according to the size of the transfer film you are using.
7- You should have your “PAPER CHECK SIZE” = OFF if you are using Acrorip software.
Hope these Tips/Suggestions above will help you resolve the issues with paper feeding in your DTF PRINTER and if you have any other suggestions to make, please feel free to comment below.
