DTF Help! Color settings

Hi 

I’m new to dtf and i need some help.

I don’t know if i got my setting in acrorip wrong but every time i print my designs I’m not getting the white underbase and I’m not getting colors. (I’m using Eason l1800 and acrorip 10)

What should i do? Please help. Thanks.

Please make sure  after you hit Print- You have both "Print color first" and " Color + White"  checked.
color  and white copy should be =1

FYI- settings for L1800
Printer: L1800
Resolution for both inks 1440x1440
Color Dot Size: Medium+Large (both inks)
White ink 80% - Color Ink 35%
Ink Sequence: YKWWMC
White Tab: 100% white under any colored pixel
