How long to cure the powder? At what temp? What about pressing the shirts?

1) PRINTING TO PRETREAT SHEETS ™

You need to print using DTF inks (DTFPRO ™ brand are preferred) to PreTreat Sheets ™

If your print is going onto a white T-shirt (or any white colored textile item), then you only need to print your image in color mode. Select color only in your RIP software (such as ACRORIP). RIP is included with DTFPRO printer purchases, but you can also buy RIP separately.

If your print is going onto a black T-shirt (or any dark colored textile item), then you need to print 1 pass COLOR and 1 pass WHITE (using your RIP software).

2) APPLY PRETREAT POWDER ™ AND CURE
Sprinkle the PreTreat powder ™ over the print and shake off any excess powder residue.
Cure the powder at 120-125 C (248 - 256 F) for 3-5 minutes (temperature range provided is for bottom and top heat element oven, as an example). The PreTreat Powder ™ needs to be melted down to be almost flat.

3) PRESS THE PRETREAT SHEET ™ TO YOUR SHIRT

Place your PreTreat Sheet ™ that is now coated and cured with PreTreat Powder ™ into your textile.
Heat press at 155C (320F) for 22 seconds. Allow to cool down for a few minutes. Gently remove the PreTreat Sheet, add a sheet of teflon, and repress your printed textile covered by teflon, for 15 seconds at 155C (310F).

============

Wear protective masks and operate in a well ventilated room with a filtration / extraction system.
